About the work
H/C - 'Hors Commerce' translates to 'out of trade' in English. HCs are similar to APs (Artist's Proofs), but the key difference is that HCs are exclusively available from the artist. They are often gifted to the artist as a token of appreciation for permitting the publisher to produce their images. Due to their rarity, HCs are considered the most valuable among special edition prints.
