The Weight, is a self portrait of Jack Vettriano released in 2010, a now sold out Limited Edition of 250, with 25 Artist's Proofs.
The original painting of The Weight measures 24 x 20 inches and was painted in 2010. In February 2011 it was announced that The Weight would be displayed at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh.
