“Antiquity” portrays four distinct landscapes stitched together, representing a time before modern societies created fractures in the natural world. The work looks both backwards and forwards in time, using ancient unbroken wilderness as a model for a future where humanity returns to nature. Unburdened by sprawling metropolises and imaginary borders, it imagines a world reclaimed.
