About the work
Awarded an opportunity by the Crafts Council and National Trust, Kirsty was chosen to design a bespoke collection for the National Trust. As the winner of the National Trust Open Call in partnership with the Crafts Council, she was selected from hundreds of applicants. She developed this range of products for their artisan and craft collection, inspired by her childhood trips to Nostell Priory and specifically the Chippendale state rooms of the priory. Hand-thrown in textured stoneware with a bespoke peacock green glaze and gold lustre rim, these pieces work beautifully as standalone objects for the home or as an ensemble.
