Competition Terms & Conditions
The competition will be live from Wednesday 19th July 5.30pm and the closing date is Saturday 30th September at 5pm. After this no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The competition prize is to have the opportunity to have your design printed onto the small Shaun on the Tyne sculpture owned by and displayed at Hancock Gallery as well as a goodie bag of art supplies, which will be sent to the winner (UK address only) or will be available for collection (at limited times) from Hancock Gallery, Jesmond.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Coffee Design, Hancock Gallery, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
The winner will be chosen by a panel of experts and the winner will be notified by the contact details they have given on their entry sheet. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Hancock Gallery also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
