Westworld: The New World

In the new world that we are finding ourselves in what makes us happy has shifted.

In the new world that we are finding ourselves in, what makes us happy has shifted. We are now, more than ever, looking to be mindful of our own wellbeing. Whether that's in the books that we read, the art that we admire or a walk through the great outdoors. We are evolving into our future selves and allowing what truly makes us happy to shine through.

As seekers of knowledge, we know the power that art has. It has the capability to transport us to a memory, space or time period that we never thought would be possible. It can allow you to escape your own worries and think of pastures new. And, it can also encapsulate how you feel better than anything else when an artist's visual language is perfectly matched to yours.

Art also brings people together. And whether you have been overwhelmed or lonely throughout this year, the connections that art can create are like nectar for the senses, body and mind. As the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson commented,“Art helps us identify with one and other and expands our notion of we - from the local to the global.”

There is no better feeling than seeing a client walk away with the perfect piece of work for them. A piece that commemorates a loved one or celebrates past and future moments; reminding them of who they are or of who they want to become.

Wherever you are in your art journey, never be afraid to ask questions, get to know your terminology and most of all have fun.
