Competition Terms & Conditions
To enter, the entrant must follow Hancock Gallery on Instagram and must have sent an instagram direct message to Hancock Gallery with a code.
The competition will be live from 5.30pm on Friday 4th December and the closing date for entry will be Wednesday 9th December at 11.55pm. After this no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The competition prize is the book Pop Art by Flavia Friger, which will be sent to the winner (UK address only) or will be available for collection (at limited times) from Hancock Gallery, Jesmond.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Coffee Design, Hancock Gallery, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The winner will be chosen at random and the winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Hancock Gallery also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
